唐红萍 %A 李中和 %A 杨淑芳 %A 祝万鹏 %A 杨志华 %J 环境科学 %D 2000 %I %X The technology of N235 solvent extraction system to treat CLTacid wastewater was studied by static tube tests.The optimal parameters of extraction were obtained.The concentration of N235 is 40%,the acidification ratio is 05,and the volume ratio of two phases is 1.0In this optimal condition of extraction,the COD removal efficiency reaches 97%,the COD of remained wastewater is less than 200mg/L,which complies with the relative criteria(GB89781996).By using mixed solution of Na2CO3 and NaOH,the organic components can be completely backextracted and concentrated to 9.4 times.After the concentrated liquor is partially vaporized,the organic components,mainly of CLTacid and its niter derivatives,crystallize in acidic condition,and the recovery yield is 834g per liter wastewater. %K CLTacid wastewater %K extraction %K backextraction %K recovery
