温度对制革污泥的生物淋滤除铬效果的影响 %A FANG Di %A ZHOU Li-xiang %A
方迪 %A 周立祥 %J 环境科学 %D 2006 %I %X Bioleaching processes are normally sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Shake flask experiments were conducted to examine these effects in the temperature range of 12-36 degrees C. The results showed that there was an increase in the rates of pH reduction and Cr solubilization efficiency with the increase of the temperature of bioleaching reaction. After 8 days of bacterial leaching treatment, almost 100% of Cr could be leached from tannery sludge at the temperature of 28 degrees C and 36 degrees C. The temperature of 28 degrees C is recommended to be employed in the future realistic operation. %K tannery sludge %K bioleaching %K Acidithiobacillus sp %K Cr %K temperature
