戴忠旭 %A 汪的华 %A 邹津耘 %A 周运鸿 %J 环境科学 %D 1999 %I %X To prevent the pollution of refining lead process and realize the cleaner production of lead acid battery, the transformation to electrode active materials and the effects of some factors on the performance of PbSO4/Pb from PbCO3 were investigated by powder microelectrode combined with cyclic voltammetry. The cyclic voltammograms for positive or negative electrode in which PbCO3 suffered chemical transformation to PbSO4, and then electrochemical activation to form PbO2 or Pb in H2SO4 solution were similar to those reported in the literatures. The results showed that the electrochemical activity and stability of the PbSO4/Pb electrode transformed by higher scan rate were better, that 0510 molL-1H2SO4 solution was better than 25molL-150molL-1,and that the electrode property was good at 30during the chemical transformation.
