%X A test device was designed for the study of kinetics of calcium carbonate formation reaction in coal ash slurry.The device can be used for instant mix of coal ash and water,rapid vacuum sampling of coal ash slurry with special design system.After sampling,the separation between coal ash and water is implemented by the measures of rapid centrifugation and vacuum filtration,in order to prepare the specimen for testing.The kinetics data of calcium carbonate formation reaction in coal ash slurry was obtained directly by detecting the total inorganic carbon in aqueous phase of coal ash slurry,for the first time.The mathematics model for these data was put forward,and the parameters for this model were determined by the using of mathematics study and computer simulating.
