唐建勋 %A 邢承华 %A 刘忠良 %A 程樟顺 %A 李君荣 %J 海洋与湖沼 %D 2010 %I %X We studied the accumulation of Cu2+ and Pb2+ (0.00, 0.10, 0.25 and 0.50mg/L, respectively) in the ovary of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus as well as the subsequent effects on ova development. We found that the ovarian accumulation of Cu2+ and Pb2+ was time- dose- dependently related to the environmental concentrations (P<0.01). The ovary of M. anguillicaudatus showed a high capacity of accumulating Cu2+ and Pb2+; the correlation between the accumulation level and the exposure time for the initial 20 days was linear, and became exponential afterwards. In addition, the accumulation of Cu2+ was significantly higher than that of Pb2+ (P<0.01). The development of the ova was affected by the concentrations and exposure duration; prolonged exposure to various concentrations of these heavy metals resulted in irreversible damage in the ovaries and the ova. %K Cu %K Pb %K Misgurnus anguillicaudatus %K Ovary %K Accumulation characteristic %K Ovum development
