%X Firing a glazed colored glass-brick from chromicslag was carried out as a high-level research onprocessing chromic slag harmlessly in ceramic industry. The e-cP6riment results show that theleaching amount of hexavalent chromium waslower than the national standard, with its physical and chemical properties conforming to therelative national standard requirements under theconditions of adding 20% chromic slag and a certain amount of fluxing agent into the base maternal, and controlling the shaping pressure, technological parameters and condition in the firingprocesses.
