%X The absolute viscosity and the intrinsic viscosity were measured forCDA/PVP solutions. The experimental results suggested that molecular chains ofCDA and PVP were strongly associated together. FTIR was used to investigate onthe nature of the association of molecular chains of CDA and PVP. Hydrogen bondswere formed between hydroxy groups of CDA and carbonyl groups of PVP.Themiscibility of CDA with PVP were introduced by the specific interaction of hydrogen bonds.
