%X The structure of ionic clustering for the membrane of perfluorosulfonate hollow fiber was studied by means of small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The reflection peaks observed in the SAXS for fiber membranes at about 29 = 2° were attributed to the clustering of ions and the effects of ion-exchange capacity (IEC), cation species, water content and the drawing tensile on the diffraction peaks were investigated and discussed. The radii of the clusters and the numbers of ions in clusters were also calculated.
