张夏红 %A 程贤甦 %A 汤吉 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2006 %I %X Amine and phenol derivatives of high boiling point solvent (HBS) lignin were prepared by Mannich reaction and phenolic reaction, respectively. The bromelain adsorption with HBS lignin and its derivatives was investigated. The results showed that the adsorption abilities of amine and phenol derivatives of HBS lignin were improved greatly. The order of their adsorption capacities to bromelain was as follows: HBS lignin amine>HBS lignin phenol>HBS lignin. The activity of the bromelain was kept at a high level after the adsorption. The HBS lignin and its derivatives could be used as new concentrated adsorbents of bromelain or new carriers in bromelain immobilization. %K HBS lignin %K HBS lignin amine %K HBS lignin phenol %K bromelain %K adsorption
