%X The effects of reaction temperature,pH value,initial substrate concentration,reaction duration,cell concentration and forms on biotransformation reaction for preparation of(R)-1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol were studied with 2-hydroxyacetophenone and sodium formate as substrates and the whole cells of E.coli Rosetta/pETDuet-rcr-fdh as catalyst.The results showed that when the concentration of 2-hydroxyacetophenone was 6 g/L,(R)-1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol was produced with high optical purity of 98.37% enantiomeric ex...
