%X Candida tropicalis strain F10-1 and its recombinant strain CZ-15 can be used for 1,11-dicarboxylic acid(DCA13)production,and in CZ-15,one copy of carnitine acetyltransferase(CAT)genes is disrupted.The sucrose-added fed-batch fermentation of F10-1 and CZ-15 was studied.The results showed that the optimal feeding time and the optimal sucrose concentration were different for F10-1 and CZ-15.By feeding sucrose in the acid production stage,for F10-1 and CZ-15,the acid production was increased by 25.0% and 23.4%,reaching 99.5 and 108.1 g/L,and the alkane conversion rate was increased by 35.5% and 28.6%,respectively.
