范寰 %A 商桂敏 %A 元英进 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2005 %I %X The effect of direct current magnetic field (DCMF) on the cell growth and metabolism of suspension-cultured Taxus chinensis var. mairei under acid stress was examined. The experimental results showed that the ability of cell anti-acid stress, cell viability, biomass and intracellular protein were obviously enhanced by the DCMF. The viability of extracelluar PPO was enhanced, and accumulation of phenolics was restrained. Under certain HCl concentration, the higher the concentration of HCl, the stronger the bio-effect of the magnetic field. The obvious change of the medium pH and conductivity indicated that the ability of cell anti-acid stress was enhanced due to accelerated material transmembrane transportation by DCMF. %K direct current magnetic field %K Taxus chinensis var %K mairei %K acid stress %K transmembrane transportation
