The product was characterized by DTA-TG, XRD and TEM. The results showed that the grain size of SnO2 increased with heat-treatment temperature, Sb being doped with Sb2O5, the normal SnO2 crystaline structure was kept the same, but the growth of SnO2 powder was retarded, doping with Sb2O5 can increase more significantly the conductivity of SnO2 ultrafine powder. %K SnO2 ultrafine powder %K structure %K characterization %K preparation
