李锡华 %A 金宁 %A 宫汝振 %A 杨建义 %A 江晓清 %A 王明华 %J 光子学报 %D 2008 %I %X A buried waveguide was obtained by the two-step of K+-Na+ and Ag+-Na+ ion-exchange.This method can restrain the growth of silver clusters appearing during the process of Ag+-Na+ ion-exchange,and then the loss of waveguide can be reduced.In this case the symmetry of waveguide section and the performance of optical devices can be improved.A 1×8 optical splitter is fabricated,its average insert loss is 10.9 dB. %K Integrated optics %K Optical waveguide based on glass %K Ion-exchange %K Optical splitter
