%X An new optical position sensor was designed using two discrete position sensitive detector electrically connected for optical probe beam deflection measurement,A lens provides optical gain and search the acceptance angle of the detector.The accuracy of the method was analyzed and simulated.The experiment results show that the response of the device to displacements of an optical spot is better and the discrete photodiode design enables simpler electronic amplification with inherently less electrical noise than the commoner.
