马兵 %A 窦明民 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2001 %I %X Ultrafine ZrO2 particles were prepared by the oxidation-thermal decomposition of Zr2O(CO3)xH2O and the spray-ICP technique of zirconium salt solution in an inductively coupled plasma. Their particle diameters ranged from 0.1~0.3 mm and 5~60 nm respectively. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the major phase is tetragonal and cubic ZrO2, the minor one is monoclinic ZrO2, the major is of metastable structures. %K ultrafine ZrO2 %K plasma %K oxidation-thermal decomposition reaction %K preparation %K nomoparticles
