%X A new self-consistent instrument,aerosol particle shape and scattering analyzer based on imaging combining scattering and imaging,has been designed and built.With the self-programming emulating wave theory for infinitely long cylinder,the intensity and polarization of scattering of single fibre cotton whose shape was known by CCD,irradiated by linear incident laser,were analysed.The result shows that measurement of the analyzer is reliable.
