The vertical distribution of aerosol extinction coefficients over the Naqu was showed in comparison with the results over the suburb of Beijing an d the heights of Planetary Boundary Layer of Naqu are discussed. The results ind icates that the components and concentration of aerosol are more uneven in Beiji ng than in Naqu, and the quality of air is better in Naqu than in Beijing.
