黄永清 %A 刘念华 %J 光子学报 %D 2007 %I %X The transmission of pulses through photonic crystals containing negative materials is discussed.Through the numerical analysis of the transmitted electric field,it is foud that the propagation of a Gaussian short-pulse with its carrier frequency lying in the band gap of a photonic crystals containing negative-index materials through the photonic crystals is basically Gaussian distribution,and for the same of short-pulse through the traditional one-dimensional photonic crystals,the transmitted electric field is a distorted spectrum.When the negative-index materials is dispersive,the variance of the phase time versus the carrier frequency of pulse is discussed. %K Photonic crystals %K Negative refractive materials %K Transfer matrix method %K Pulses
