%X The fabrication technology of optical fiber Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor and its test system are presented.Multi tests are made for the optical fiber SPR test system under certain conditions and the test results show that red-shifting phenomenon exits.And the main reason is that the impurity in air is absorbed by internal and external metal film to form an impurity layer and then brings up the new phenomenon.Several methods such as improving fabrication technology,changing test conditions and creating revision data base etc are suggested to weaken effect of the phenomenon.
