%X The fluorescence fiber temperature measurement system was proposed.Using the double light paths and double channels measurement,the micro fluorescence probe was made by the chemical conversion coating technique and heat treatment process combination.The wavelet transform was used to eliminate the noise in the fluorescence signal.The results show that this system has higher precision and resolution by the temperature experiment,the verification experimental and the repetitive experiment.
