殷世民 %A 相里斌 周锦松 黄旻 %J 光子学报 %D 2008 %I %X Upon considering the engineering practice of the nonuniformity correction of infrared focal plane array (IRFPA), a correction algorithm based on function fitting is designed.The nonuniformity correction system of IRFPA is realized by using large-capacity high-speed field programmable gate array (FPGA) device . The system can effectively adapt to the broad dynamic range and non-linearity of response characteristic of IRFPA with some advantages such as small size, fast speed and high correction precision. %K Infrared focal plane array %K Nonuniformity correction %K Function fitting %K Field programmable gate array
