韦资华 %A 沈卫星 %J 光子学报 %D 2007 %I %X A new and precise method for calculating asphericity of optical aspheric surface was presented.The new method,named area length method can fully unifies the asphericity calculation for conicoid and high-order aspheric surface and it also can achieve the location of the center of the best fitting spheric surface directly.Through the analysis of the counting examples,the new method has shown its accurate fitting ability.The new method is also suitable for computer programming. %K Geometrical optics %K Aspheric surface %K Area length method %K Best fitting spheric surface
