%X A theoretical analysis of the in-line X-ray phase-contrast imaging with partially coherent source is presented in detail by using ambiguity function (AF). Experimental results in different conditions are presented. By comparing with absorption image, the phase contrast show high contrast and visibility of the inner structure of biological sample.
