%X Following "Noise analyses of optical coherence tomography systems(I)",the noise and sensitivity issues involved in both time-domain and Fourier-domain OCT systems are analyzed.Detailed comparison of the main characteristics of these two types of OCT is presented.It proves that Fourier-domain OCT system can maintain a larger dynamic range even under the circumstances of high-speed image acquisition.
