Ce3+∶LiCaAlF6紫外激光器的研究 %A Zeng Feng %A Du Chenlin %A Ruan Shuangchen %A
曾峰 %A 杜晨林 %A 阮双琛 %J 光子学报 %D 2005 %I %X A Ce∶LiCAF ultraviolet laser at 296 nm end-pumped by the fourth harmonic of Nd∶YAG laser with plano-concave resonator is reported. With the 20% transmission output coupler, the maximum output pulse energy of 270 μJ , the pulse width of 3.4 ns and the peak power of 79.4 kw are obtained at the incident pump energy of 13.5 mJ.The corresponding optical conversion efficiency and the average slope efficiency are calculated to be 2% and 1.6%, respectively. %K Solid-state lasers %K Ce3+∶LiCaAlF_6 %K UV lasers
