The results of XPS analyses showed that Zn exists as ZnS in the surface layer of the film, while as ZnO in the internal layer of the film. The relative contents in atomic percent (A.C.%) of the film obtained from the constant elemental composition region of the AES profile curves were O 59.2, Zn 5.9, Si 19.1, N 2.7, S 4.2, P 3.6, C 5.3. %K silicate anticorrosive film %K zincplate %K XPS %K AES
