周泗忠 %A 邓小国 %A 杨晓许 %A 屈卫德 %A 申会民 %J 光子学报 %D 2007 %I %X The check and measure methods of Bragg angle step and precision etc. parameters with high precision autocollimation are investigated.Adjustment angles of crystal have been magnified using parallel ray of monochromator,to checking and measuring performance of adjustment mechanism.Simulated ray of the beamline has been built to check and measure sagittal focusing facula.Performance checking and measuring of the first sagittal focusing monochromator in internal had been successfully achieved out of beamline,checking and measuring results in according with theory design index,indicating validity of those methods. %K Sagittal focusing double crystal monochromator %K Autocollimation %K Bragg angle %K Adjustment mechanism
