张鹏 %A 刘骞 %A 任煜轩 %A 谭啸宇 %A 杨红影 %A 赵建林 %J 光子学报 %D 2008 %I %X One-dimensional (1D) bright screening optical solitons and the guiding properties of their induced planar waveguides are studied numerically and experimentally in SBN:Cr crystals.By employing the split-step beam propagation method and Petviashvili iteration method,1D bright screening solitons are numerically simulated.By solving the guiding modes,the guiding properties of the soliton-induced planar waveguides are analyzed.Using a He-Ne laser at 633nm as a soliton beam and a diode-pumped solid-state laser at 532nm as a probe beam,experimental demonstrations are performed in a congruent SBN:Cr crystal.The experimental results coincide with the numerical ones.And it is shown that the waveguide structures induced by red soliton beams can be used as real-time waveguides. %K SBN:Cr crystal %K Bright screening soliton %K Real-time planar waveguide %K Guiding property
