%X Utilizing SOA,a novel scheme was demonstrated for suppressing the low-frequency noise existing in the 40 Gbps all-optical clock recovered by using high finesse Fabry-Perot filter.The transmission function of SOA was ananyzed theoretically and the suppressing effect was proved experimentally.A high quality 40 GHz clock with RMS jitter less than 1.4 ps was obtained.
