%X This review article summarizes the atmospheric corrosion research in the last twenty years throughout. It introduces approaches to atmospheric corrosion research\|traditional techniques and electrochemical techniques, analysing and comparing their advantages and limitations. This article looks forward to the future of atmospheric corrosion research.
