超短脉冲掺Yb3+光纤激光器实验研究 %A 杨玲珍 %A 陈国夫 %A 王屹山 %A 赵卫 %A 熊红军 %A 丁广雷 %A 程昭 %J 光子学报 %D 2005 %I %X It is reported the experimental study of ultrashort pulse Yb~3+ -doped fiber ring laser. The Yb~3+ -doped fiber is pumped using a 976 nm semiconductor laser. Using the additive pulse mode-locking based on nonlinear polarization evolution, the Yb~3+ -doped fiber laser achieves stable mode-locking by adjusting the orientation of PC. The maximum output power of the laser is 7.02 mW, at the repetition rate of 13.7 MHz corresponding to ~6nm spectrum width. %K Fiber laser technology %K Ultrashort pulse %K Ring cavity %K Yb~(3+)-doped fiber
