We present a software developed on graphical programming language LabVIEW that can communicate with the 1286 electrochemical interface (EI) which is made by Solartran and allow users control the e-quipment efficiently. By means of serial port or GPIB port, there by the software can control the instrument. The VIis designed using the LabVIEW and is capable of performing on - line measurement functions, including data acquisition, display, and analyses, as well as data archiving. Taking advantage of some other software, the corrosion electrochemical parameters can be calculated easily. %K corrosion electrochemistry %K virtual instrument %K GPIB %K on-line measurement
