何大雄 %A 管恒荣 %A 姜晓霞 %A 孙晓峰 %J 腐蚀科学与防护技术 %D 2000 %I %X The behavior of cyclic oxidation at 1323K and hgh temperature hot cormsion in NaZS4 melt at 1173K of Pd-Ni-A1 coatings was studied, The coating was prepared by lm-temperature-high-activitypack aluminizing technolcgy on nickel-based superalloy M.8 with a thin layer of pre-electroplated Pd-Ni alloy. The Pd-Ni-Al coating showed excellent perfmce in cyclic oxidation as well as in NaZS4 hot cormion tests. Palladium not only stabilizes the protective P-phase, but also btically increases the hot co~l~sion resistance of coatings. %K Pd %K Ni %K Al coating %K cyclic oxidation %K hot corrosion
