%X Internal oxidation kinetics of the sintered Cu 0.75%(wt) Al alloy has been studied in highly pure nitrogen gases. The results show that the kinetic curves of internal oxidation obey parabolic law in initial stage and linear regularity in later stage. Diffusion coefficient of oxygen and activation energy are determined from the internal oxidation kinetics so as to obtain the migration velocities of the reacting interface in different stages.
