%X Applying electrostatic spraying technique to spray anti-rust oil on the steel plate or strip can solve the problem of surface rust,which is due to the incomplete coverage of anti-rust oil by roller oiler.The electrostatic oiler based on this technique can spray anti-rust oil uniformly with complete coverage and less wastage,therefore the process is of good economical efficiency.It has being used by many companies,which shows a good prospect of popularization and application.
