%X A new method has been developed for ultrasonic hot dip Re\|Al coating basing on flux method. During the hot dip process, ultrasonic vibration plays a role of microalloying and fragment in the coating, the anti\|corrosion of the coating is improved remarkably. And this coating also does not influence the fracture strength of the substrate. The kinetics of the coating thickning in the ultrasonic hot dip process has been studied. An optimization criterion for anti\|corrosion of ultrasonic hot dip Re\|Al coatings is suggested.
