%X One year corrosion survey of a carbon steel has been performed at four typical sea areas in the country. In the paper the testing results were reported, the charactors of the splash zone corrosion of the steel was also discussed. Based on the environmental factors related with the marine splash zone and some results of elechochemical measurement made on the steel.
