何建平 %A 高亚东 %A 樊蔚勋 %J 腐蚀科学与防护技术 %D 2003 %I %X The exfoliation corrosion of aluminum alloys has a great effect on life length of aviation structure materials.The existing methods which studied the exfoliation behavior of aluminum alloys nearly laid emphasis on qualitative evaluation of the corrosion degree,except a few of which was of quantitative and indirect,and these methods couldn't well and truly forecast the residual life time of aluminum alloys corroded.The principle of measuring the metal corrosion rate with ohmic resistance methods had been described in various kinds of teaching books or monographs,however,after carefully analyzing the methods,it is showed that these methods cannot be used to determine the corrosion rate of aluminum alloys in situ.A new ohmic resistance method is brought forward in this paper,with the study on exfoliation corrosion behavior and corrosion potential of LC4CS aluminuni alloy,the feasibility of the method is further verified. %K exfo1iation corrosion %K ohmic resistance method %K corrosion rate %K aluminum alloys
