吕涛 %A 刘德森 %A 刘志麟 %A 何开华 %A 程永进 %J 光子学报 %D 2007 %I %X The structure and performance of the intensity-based optical fiber liquid-level sensor employing extrinsic Fabry-Perot cavity was introduced.The outputs of the Fabry-Perot cavity are characteristic of good several periods and local linearity.Quarter period output curve can be selected as linear region to measure liquid-levels accurately and continuously.The dimension of the sensitive modular was properly selected to design sensors with different ranges.The experimental results imply that accuracy of ±2 mm and minimal resolving power of 1 mm are obtained when 3.5 m water-level is measured. %K Optical fiber sensor %K Fabry-Perot cavity %K Liquid-level %K Elastic silicon layer
