%X The oxidation kinetics theory and the statistical theory of oxide scale spallation for cyclic high-temperature oxidation were described.The oxidation kinetics constant k p of parabolic oxidation law,the crack density exponent m,and the spallation constant q were calculated.The life prediction of high-temperature protective coatings was discussed based on the model of cyclic high-temperature oxidation kinetics.
