%X For years, the Changjiang(Yangtze) Valley has played a key engine of China's industrialization successfully. With a continuing process of the national industrialization and urbanization in the early 21st century, the Changjiang Valley would devote itself more to the country's economy. Considering a nationwide intensified man-land relationship and a worldwide booming economic globalization, strategic readjustments for local industrial structure and location would benefit a lot to the Changjiang Valley to pursue its target. This paper argues, therefore, that the readjustments should concentrate on promoting farmers' income, improving efficiency of institutional management, innovating tax system, enhancing industrial relocation and urbanization, widening the margin of imported minerals, and curing environmental degradation as well.
