%X This paper analyzed thoroughly the transient electromagnetic field analytic expression in homogeneous half space,discovered that the transient response curve has a characteristic of translational expansion and contraction with the underground conductivity,transmit loop length and observation time.According to that,we proposed a new direct method to calculate full time domain apparent resistivity.Different with the existing full time domain apparent resistivity computation method,this new method does not need to iterate and solve nonlinear equation,the speed is quick,the precision is high,the algorithm is stable,and the solution is unique.
