乐贵明 %J 地球物理学报 %D 2003 %I %X By using the cosmic ray data observed at McMurdo, Thule and Guangzhou stations, the properties of the CME causing the severe magnetic storm on March 24 are studied. The results show that CME shifted to the earth's southern hemisphere when the CME passed the earth. There were three decreases in cosmic ray intensity when the CME reached the magnetosphere. There was a very strong magnetic structure in the CME and the strongest magnetic structure associated with the CME passed the earth at about 20:00UT, March 24, 1991. %K Cosmic ray %K Forbush decrease %K CME %K Anisotropy %K Strong magnetic structure
