一种类分形结构光子晶体的能带 %A 李岩 %A 郑瑞生 %A 田进寿 %A 冯玉春 %A 牛憨笨 %J 光子学报 %D 2004 %I %X A kind of quasi-fractal photonic crystal is given in this paper. The structure of the photonic crystal is made from the Sierpinski carpet. The photonic band is calculated by a finite-difference time-domain method. The result shows that the photonic band declines to low frequency and trends toward stabilization as the fractal series increasing in the case of the medium pillar in the air , but it is opposite for the air pillar in medium. There are photonic band gaps for transverse magnetic wave in the photonic crystal, in which the pillar is medium. %K Photonic crystal %K Photonic band gap %K Fractal
