Statistical and dynamical analyses of the model results indicate that the mode and the related dominant-forcing excitation zone are featured by evident spatial distribution and that the mechanism responsible for the mode bears re-lation to the zonal asymmetry of the basic flow and the associated barotropic energy conversion. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=E62459D214FD64A3C8082E4ED1ABABED5711027BBBDDD35B&cid=28A2F569B2458C17&jid=5434AFBF6CB6E7E8D67733B541F211C7&aid=A16F1292575629F9B09B98BBF779BE3A&yid=D418FDC97F7C2EBA&vid=F3090AE9B60B7ED1&iid=CA4FD0336C81A37A&sid=318E4CC20AED4940&eid=BFE7933E5EEA150D&journal_id=0256-1530&journal_name=大气科学进展&referenced_num=0&reference_num=1
