%X This paper studies the symmetric development of mesoscale disturbances with non-acsabatic (latent heat) heating in the transition zone of mid-low latitudes. The results show that the synmetric development of disturbances not only contains the conditions of development of the wavepacket inmid-high latitudes, but also is related to the latent heat and non-verticality of basic now shear gradientwith a wave packet speed. The action of the basic flow in the transition zone of mid-low latitudes depends on the first and the second Coriolis parameters.
