%X This paper is a sequel of the theory of Multi-scale Organization of Formation of Tropical Cyclone. The theory is supported by a new fact- numericalsimulation results. The results verify the presentation of "the amplification effect of the vortex in tropical atmosphere (AEVTA)" further. Moreover , the results also explain the formation of predepression of tropical cyclone in quantity.
