%X In this paper, a linearized spectral model of the primitive equation with 34-level including Newtwonian cooling, rayleigh friction and diabatic heating was established.The time integrating of the model was carried out by taking the topography forcing as the lower boundary condition. The integrating results show that the model is stable and has the advantages of time saving and high precision in the calculation. It also shows that the model has strong describing ability on the formation and transportation of stationary planet waves.
