%X To solve the instability and the initial value sensitivity problems in the classical recurrence method, according to the general principle of motion, a new kind of recurrence method is proposed, and applied to the area of climate prediction. It has been proved that the instability and the initial value sensitivity problems have been successfully solved by the new method. The results of applications also indicate that this new method is better than the classical one.
